Each pass entitles you to one (1) truck registration for two (2) day entry into The Truck Gathering 2025 and one (1) Giveaway Truck Raffle Entry (For online pre-registrants only).

Optional pass upgrade available to include a Golf Cart Pass. ***You are responsible for all damages you may cause while operating your permitted cart.***

Please fill out all applicable form items when prompted to ensure we have the most accurate information for you and your vehicle. All registration packets will be mailed to your address on file that you provide at checkout/account setup no later than one (1) month before the event is set to take place.

If you move and have a change of address, please get in touch with us before we mail these out.

This is a rain or shine event, and all sales are final and non-refundable.
